The CEO in Training program appeals to:

CEO's, executives and business owners of small to mid sized companies who are ready to develop and implement a sustainable plan of action that strategically accelerates corporate growth through innovative sales strategies, new product development, investor relations, mergers or acquisitions, succession planning, or going public.

Reality MBA

Reality MBA was formed to grow, develop, groom and position quality individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership, entrepreneurial, business skills and most important people skills in becoming the next generation of Chief Executive Officers. These individuals enter the Reality MBA program with the expectation of being hired as a Chief Executive Officer of a small or mid sized company.

The Reality MBA Program attracts executives, professionals and MBA’s, who have achieved academic excellence; are people and process driven; have natural business and entrepreneurial instincts; plus natural leadership ability; but lack the real hands on experience that is critical to becoming an outstanding Chief Executive Officer.

Graduates of the Reality MBA Program will be placed as apprentice CEO’s into companies that align with their values, expertise, expectations and leadership abilities. As a CEO apprentice they will be enrolled in the CEO in Training program.

CEO in Training ensures that all graduates from the Reality MBA Program will be set up to succeed not fail as Chief Executive Officers.

Egoless Leadership

The Egoless Leadership Program is designed for CEO’s, Executives and Business Owners who want to take their leadership to a whole new level.

This program inspires Leaders to “inspire” others. There is a major difference between motivation and inspiration. When employees are inspired, their belief in themselves and others accelerates. Greater self confidence and self esteem is ultimately experienced. Demonstrating greater self confidence and self esteem will create outstanding results.
