Chief Executives in Training:

- Graduates from the Reality MBA Program www.realitymba.ca enter the Chief Executives in Training Program to shadow exiting Chief Executives to effect a seamless succession plan transition.
- Ensures that all graduates from the Chief Executives in Training and the Reality MBA programs are set up to succeed not fail as Chief Executives.
